Who we are

Komweer is a digital loyalty service for South African small businesses, operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME AND NUMBER], [ADDRESS].

What we collect and why

• Early-access requests. Your name, business name, type of business, town and mobile number, which you send to us on WhatsApp. We use them only to contact you about using Komweer for your business.
• Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (town or region). We do not send your name, number or other contact details to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Google may process this data on servers outside South Africa. Advertising features, remarketing and Google Signals are switched off. You can decline analytics cookies in the notice at the bottom of the site; we remember that choice on your device.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run the site and contact you: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp messages).

How long we keep it

Early-access details are kept for up to [24 MONTHS — CONFIRM] after our last contact with you, unless you become a Komweer customer or ask us to delete them sooner.
